جدیدترین فهرست مشاغل در ارزیابی تاثیر بازار کار تسهیل شده کبک
کارفرمایان در استان کبک، برای استخدام نیروی کار موقت خارجی در تعدادی از مشاغل، میتوانند از لزوم اثبات تلاش برای استخدام نیروی کار محلی معاف باشند.
کبک فهرست جدیدی از مشاغل واجد شرایط در روند تسهیل ارزیابی تاثیر بازار کار (LIMIA) را منتشر کرد. هر سال فهرست به روز شده مشاغل توسط وزارت مهاجرت کبک منتشر میشود که کارفرمایان برای استخدام نیروی کار خارجی، به آگهی شغلی برای آنها نیازی ندارند. فهرست جدید، که از سال جاری قابل استناد است، در تاریخ 24 فوریه به صورت عمومی اعلام شد.
همانند سال گذشته، فهرست جدید مشاغل واجد شرایط برای بررسی تسهیل شده، کل استان کبک را پوشش میدهد و بر اساس نیاز نیروی کار در کل استان تنظیم شده است.
درحالیکه بسیاری از مشاغل موجود در فهرست سال گذشته در فهرست جدید نیز دیده میشوند، حذف و اضافههایی نیز در فهرست سال جاری انجام شده است. 181 شغل در فهرست جدید وجود دارد. بعضی از مشاغل اضافه شده، مدیران اپراتورهای مخابراتی، مدیران سیسامهای اطلاعاتی و رایانهای، مدیران ساخت و بازسازی منازل و زمین شناسان و اقیانوس شناسان را شامل میشود. تغییر اعلام شده در این فهرست، بلافاصله قابل استناد و اجرا است. دوره انطباق 30 روزه برای کارفرمایان یا نمایندگان آنها، برای بررسی درخواستهای ارسال شده بنابر فهرست سال گذشته، در نظر گرفته شده است.
فهرست مشاغل کبک برای LIMIA تسهیل شده، توسط اداره کار کبک با همکاری وزارت مهاجرت کبک (MIFI) و بر اساس سیستم طبقه بندی مشاغل کشوری (NOC) 2016 تنظیم شده است. کارفرمایان کبک که پیشنهاد شغلی متناسب با یکی از عناوین موجود در این فهرست، ارائه میکنند، باید روند تسهیل شده را طی نمایند.
LIMIA تسهیل شده در کبک
کارفرمایان کانادایی برای استخدام نیروی کار خارجی، پیش از درخواست ارزیابی تاثیر بازار کار (LIMIA)، باید ثابت کنند که موقعیت شغلی مورد نظر را به روشهای گوناگون آگهی کرده و برای جذب نیروی کار محلی تلاش کردهاند.
این تلاشها میتواند شامل آگهی موقعیت شغلی برای حداقل 28 روز و مصاحبه با متقاضیان واجد شرایط باشد و به دولت کانادا نشان دهند که هیچ شهروند یا مقیم دائم کانادا تمایلی به استخدام در این موقعیت شغلی را نداشته یا شرایط لازم را دارا نبوده است و لزوم استفاده از نیروی کار خارجی را ثابت کنند.
روند کار برای کارفرمایان کبک در استخدام نیروی کار خارجی، نسبت به بقیه استانهای کانادا متفاوت است. کارفرمایان کبک که نیروی کار موقت خارجی را برای مشاغل خاصی استخدام میکنند، باید تقاضای LIMIA را نیز ارسال کنند ولی لزومی به اثبات آگهی شغلی و تلاش برای استخدام نیروی کار محلی ندارند. این روند آسان درخواست، با عنوان LIMIA تسهیل شده شناخته میشود.
درخواستهای LIMIA تسهیل شده باید مورد تایید مسئولان فدرال و استانی باشند. به همین دلیل، کارفرمایان مایل به استخدام نیروی کار خارجی باید فرم درخواست و مدارک مربوطه را برای اداره توسعه کار و امور اجتماعی کانادا (ESDC) و همچنین، MIFI ارسال کنند.
